The Solution Expert is part of the Global Center of Corporate Business Expertise engaged in projects, related to Kaspersky Advanced Threat Protection Solutions portfolio. 

Main Responsibility Area:

  • Actively participates in the process of practical PoC implementation of Kaspersky security solutions (Advanced Threat Protection toolstack - EDR, network threat detection, sandboxing, attribution tools, etc.) on customer’s premises (predominantly APAC, LATAM, Middle East/Africa regions) or remotely.
  • Preparing and documenting solution best implementation practices
  • Technical enablement, delivering demo-sessions, knowledge transfer workshops and solution hands-on trainings to Kaspersky local offices, customers, and partners
  • Development of compelling solution demonstration scenarios and testing methodologies
  • Evaluation and designing the most optimal solutions architecture for planned solution deployments (global customers, including national projects)
  • Overall global pre-sales support (for Advanced Threat Protection portfolio) – ensuring effective resolution of customer/partner issues, performing RFP/RFI analysis, preparing compelling proposal documentation, etc.
  • Performing internal review of current and planned solution features, suggesting recommendations on further development of Advanced Threat Protection solutions capabilities, consultancy around feature prioritization based on customer business demands, emerging threats, and competitors’ offerings.

Requirements:

  • Not less than 3 years’ experience in IT/Security or related areas
  • English - written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior engineering experience in design and implementation of security technologies (e.g, Advanced Threat Protection) is highly desirable
  • Knowledge and understanding of industry trends and new technologies
  • Willingness to travel (up to 20%)

Optional:

  • Higher education (Degree in IT/Security is preferable)
  • Holding recognized security certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM, OSCP) not mandatory but considered as an advantage
