About The Pixel Team

Pixel Team’s mission is to empower anyone to understand and optimize their media buying. Triple Whale customers can get accurate ad spend attribution to all their marketing channels. This data becomes the foundation for optimizing ad spending that maximizes the profitability of online merchants.

To do this, we are building a product that reconstructs user journeys across multiple devices and sessions in a privacy-safe way. 

What you’ll do

We’re looking for a highly skilled Dev Ops and Machine Learning Ops Engineer to join this team. You are a broadly skilled engineer with experience building always-on systems, working across various technologies and service layers.

Responsibilities

• Manage cloud and on-prem infrastructure
  
• Deploy new services and improve the efficiency of existing infrastructure
• Continue to automate, scale, and manage cloud infrastructure.
• Work with team to establish service level objectives and monitor to ensure the objectives are met.
• Develop and expand CI/CD pipelines

• TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, Express.js, Google Cloud, Bare metal
• DB: Google Firestore, BigTable, Redis, PostgreSQL, Snowflake
• Testing suite: CucumberJS + PlaywrightJS

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in some or most technologies mentioned above (and willingness to learn the rest!)
• Experience building large-scale data pipelines and (optionally) supporting machine learning models in production
• Experience with modern software development, CI/CD, and testing practices
• Experience managing both cloud and on-prem / co-located machines
• “Hacker” spirit. We have a lot of tasks that require thinking way out of the box
• English - fluent
• Experience and willingness to work in a remote-first environment.
• Preferred - experience working on high-load applications with millions of calls per day (at least several thousand calls per second).
