Internal communications manager (Remotely)

The team of young and creative colleagues from the IT company is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic inner communication manager who will write them sweet congratulation messages, share urgent news and help to organize unforgettable corporate parties.

Duties:

• Plan and implement internal communication campaigns
• Work across teams to find out potential news or story ideas
• Build a strong brand among employees that promotes our values and mission
• Develop unique inner brand language and visual style
• Support friendly and productive environment
• Track and analyze the impact of internal campaigns and report on KPIs
• Participate actively in employee engagement programs and corporate events
• Use employee feedback to recommend and implement new initiatives to improve internal communications
• Ensure a timely flow of information for staff

Requirements:

• Work experience as a PR or an inner communication manager for 2 years+
• Strong writing skills (both English and Russian)
• Knowledge of graphics and video editing software
• Making presentations(MS PowerPoint or Google Slides)
• Public speaking skill will be an advantage
• English C1+
• Russian B2+
