Currently, we are looking for a Head of Marketing.

You are bound to get new professional challenges! You will get a chance to establish and align business processes, and be responsible for a team and the company's success.

The main goal is to build an effective sales funnel with automation basics for our products and services.

You will be responsible for:

  • To build a marketing strategy from scratch.
  • Develop sales funnel with automation basics.
  • Provide surveys and make analytics about the target market.
  • Promotion through funnel building, the target market analytics, PPC, SEO, blog posting, e-mail campaigns, and increase leads level up to MQL.
  • Budgeting.
  • People management: manage a team, arranging of their work, set goals, control the working results, team meetings, problem-solving, shore up the team`s knowledge and inspire them.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with foreign markets, especially with the USA and Europe.
  • Acting as a Head of Marketing for not less than 3 years.
  • Proven experience with Active Campaign or Hubspot Marketing.
  • Excellent management skills and the ability to delegate tasks.
  • Fluent English is a must.
