Middle Go Engineer

📌 We are SOAX, an emerging company specialising in automated data collection services for companies worldwide. On the demand side, our priority is to deliver the best-in-class experience for data-hungry businesses across the globe while collecting public data on the web. Performance, security, and a customer-centric approach are our core values in this direction.

We are building a new generation of Proxy Services, and now we are looking for Go Engineers to develop our Core technology. At this stage of the project, we want to improve our microservice architecture, speed up our dev process, implement a geo-distributed system and learn how to balance the load. 

You will have incredible interesting tasks with low-level network programming, protocols, high-load, parallelism, and asynchrony. We have a lot of expertise in Proxy, Networks, and Protocols, which we are happy to share with our new teammates. Also, we like to do a lot of research so you will have a lot of opportunities to develop your knowledge in absolutely engineering tasks!

📌 Few words about tasks

- Full core product support and development.

- Improve the architecture of the core product.

- Sharing of expertise in protocols, proxy.

- Scale the system (including implementing geo-scaling).

- Work with queues and data streaming.

- Code review.

📌 Environment

We are looking for a Middle Developer who has experience with some of the technologies/approaches from our environment:

- GoLang – must-have (2+ years).

- MariaDB / Clickhouse / MongoDB / Redis / YDB – experience with one of them at least.

- Kafka, Clickhouse, Grafana, Prometheus – will be a plus.

- Protocols, network libraries, microservice architecture, and multiplexing – will be a big PLUS.
