Senior HR Business Partner, Technical stream (IT)

Senior HR Business Partner, Technical stream (IT), Senior HR Business Partner responsible for all human resource activities for the IT stream.

Drive the alignment and execution of the human strategies and plans that find, develop, retain employees and enhance their contribution to the business strategy and needs.

Provide consultancy, assistance and follow-up on corporate HR policies, processes and practice.

Support day-to-day HR issues arising in the Technical stream, including ad-hoc employment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, staff grievances issues.

Member of the Company’s HR Function based in HQ, Moscow

Experience of working with high-performance teams within the IT industry;

Strong communicator who is able to differentiate their approach to match audience requirements, and a confident ability to substantiate their views;

Excellent interpersonal skills.
