Senior smart contract developer

Scope:

• Brainstorm and ideate on new protocol designs
• Develop high quality original well tested code in Solidity
• Understand, deploy and interact with open-source contracts of major Defi projects
• Write functional documentation
• Collaborate within the backend team
• Engage and work with external auditing teams and implementing feedback
• Evaluate and assess L2s and other scaling solutions

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience building and releasing secure and production grade contracts in Solidity
• 5+ years as a developer
• Experienced problem solver with an interest in building complex smart contracts
• Demonstrated experience shipping and deploying smart contracts on main-net and/or side-chains holding significant amounts of value
• Strong understanding of the EVM and the Defi and Web3 ecosystem where an understanding of NFTs
• Strong understanding of contracts used for staking, borrowing
• Best practices in Security such as minimizing attack vectors
• Ability to work independently, and follow software development processes
• Good communication skills in writing/speaking in English

Nice to have:

• Strong understanding of Defi primitives such as bonding curves, token contracts
• Awareness of existing web3 governance models, and tokenomics
