Job Purpose:
Creative copywriter is dedicated to crafting excellent original content for advertising campaign and brand materials (internal and external), help to define brand voice and ensure that all copy is consistent with this voice by writing, editing, and proofing materials.
Main responsibilities:
- Write copy for a variety of media including external (social, print, video, and online, e-mails, landing pages) and internal (intranet, e-mails, brand sessions)
- Development & implementation of the communication guidelines, messaging matrix and templates in collaboration with brand managers
- Development of the content for brand special projects, brand merchandise items and attractive descriptions.
- Develop creative ideas for various mediums e.g Internal brand promotion, product campaign creative concept with design team.
- Drive brand consistency across all company communications, participate in creative approval process and support regions and HQ departments with content development and improvement.
- Support in localization and transcreation of the global brand campaigns for regions.
- Creating and editing original copy that is accurate, well-researched, and meets internal stakeholders needs and deadlines.
- Edit and proof work to ensure high editorial standards are met across all content outputs
- Speaking with internal and external parties to learn about their content needs.
- Conducting research to formulate ideas or support writing.
- Learning about the target audience for copy.
- Assisting in other aspects of the creative or research processes to create cohesive, accurate content.
- Collaborate with brand managers, design team, product marketing, digital and research teams to assess project needs and help with messaging
- Stay current on trends and competitors within the editorial sphere
- See projects through the whole creative lifestyle, from inception to deployment
Qualification Requirements:
- University Master’s Degree in Journalism, Marketing, or Communications or related field
- 3-5 years experience in content marketing or creative copywriting, English and Russian, preferable within international agency / company
- Experience writing copy or with a specific industry, such as Technology, Gaming, Marketing
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a diligent eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar, both English and Russian
- Comfortable working independently with little direction under tight deadlines
- Strong creative thinking skills and ability to think conceptually proven by portfolio of works
- Business presentation skills
- Proven ability to demonstrate brand voice
- Ability to understand the needs associated with a project and the target audience.
- Receptiveness to feedback
