Kaspersky Lab Headquarters is looking for an employee to join Global Support Team. This person will be responsible for supporting VP, Sales Enablement & Customer Service and corresponding department in organization and coordination of projects and their execution, working with analytics and reports, follow up and implement the decisions taken to the fullest extent possible.
Responsibilities for this position include:
- Personal assistance for VP, Sales Enablement & Customer Service – assistance with meetings, travel arrangement, reimbursement, etc.
- Creation of presentations regarding different activities of the department;
- Help with the organization of events and team-buildings;
- Meeting minutes keeping;
- Planning and Organization of Meetings and Events (leadership);
- Travel Arrangement (coordinating travel and accommodation);
- Assist with arranging team’s trainings (incl. on online platforms) and rotations;
- Assist with Budget / Financial / Planning matters, preparing reports from Ariba;
- Keeping Support Confluence Space: help with structure, update actual information, close the requests, tracking the status of discussions;
- Assisting in updates collection from all Global Support teams and creation of reports summary;
- Clearly and professionally communicating within the Support team and other departments;
- Provide information to Head of Global Support regarding the atmosphere in the office;
Qualification requirements:
- Higher education (technical background in IT would be a great privilege); ready to consider fresh graduates or students of the last years of study;
- At least 1 year of relevant experience as Business Coordinator / Team Assistant;
- Knowledge of Project Management System or ticketing system,
- Ability to work independently and creatively;
- Familiarity with online calendars and cloud systems Confluence, Box, Ariba;
- Strong communication / negotiation skills;
- Excellent organizational skills with proactive mindset and tasks prioritization;
- Experience in preparing reports, meeting protocols;
- Experienced user of Power Point and Excel;
- Clear understanding of the Ariba system;
- A strong desire to develop in the IT field
- Fluent English is a must.
