Описание вакансии

Main responsibilities:

To make suggestions and changes to the existing corporate and local Training & Development policy, especially regarding Talent Management guidelines;

To coordinate and support Performance Management, Career Development and Succession Planning processes in the organization, analyze data and make recommendations to improve company and employees’ work efficiency and ensure key personnel retention;

To contact for employees and managers for a defined business group advising on all people matters, raising potential risks and challenges to the attention of business leaders and the HR Leader;

Coach, support, and guide managers in the pragmatic application of HR policies and practices;

Proactively assess team, manager, and organizational development needs and to make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions;

Partner with the business to design and execute people programs (E.g. Talent Review, Succession Planning, D&I, Performance Reviews);

Translate business goals into integrated, measurable talent strategies and initiatives that help grow the business and deliver results.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor or Master degree in HR, T&D, economics;

Talent management focus;

Required work experience of at least 3 years as T&D specialist and at least (industry doesn't matter);

Advanced facilitation and communication skills, ideally Certified Coach;

English level is upper intermediate;

Experience in leading complicated projects (full cycle);

Results-oriented, pro-active, client-oriented, organized, willing to develop in HR.
