Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 20+ IT professionals;
- Maintain and support internal general IT activities, processes and operations (Helpdesk, Budgeting, Monitoring, Backups etc.);
- Plan and control internal IT projects and tasks within deadlines (Azure, M365, IT Infrastructure etc.);
- Implement industry best practices;
- Optimize existing workflows and processes;
- Optimize and control IT costs;
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Management for teams of 10+ employees;
- Perfect understanding of ITSM activities and workflows;
- Experienced in creation, tuning up and control for wide specter of processes and cross-teams operations, including Helpdesk and Budgeting;
- Technical background in a role of system administrator in MS Windows based environment;
- Technical background in Virtualization, Cloud services, administration of M365;
- General knowledge of Mid-size offices IT operations, including networking and rack-mounting server equipment;
- Fluent English.
Will be considered as advantage:
- Certification in areas ITIL, ITSM, MOF;
- Certification in areas Azure Cloud, AWS Cloud;
- Background in mid-size FinTech companies;
- Fluent Russian;
