YouTrack is an online bug tracker and agile project management system which is available both on-premise and as SaaS. YouTrack has been developed since 2006 and our team grew from 3 to 30 outstanding nerds who use Scrum and speak English on the daily stand-ups and other meetings. What we expect you to do:
- Provide technical support via a help-desk system, community forums, issue tracker.
- Be a bridge between people (customers) and geeky team members. Because we listen to our support engineers and our support engineers listen to people.
- Be nice to your colleagues.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English (B2 or higher).
- Ability to work in a self-managed manner.
- Good communication skills.
- Some programming experience (JavaScript experience would be a plus)
- Basics of Linux administration, basic experience with bash, grep, ssh
- Working with team tools like issue trackers, VCS, code review
- Understanding of REST concepts, being able to create basic POST/GET requests
- Understanding of agile concepts
Also be extremely cool if you feel competent in:
- Networks basics
- Working with SaaS applications
