App Store Optimization specialist

Currently we are seeking for a highly skilled App Store Optimization specialist / Mobile applications marketing manager to join our Finstek Marketing team. We have been developing and supporting a family of mobile apps which cover multiple aspects from productivity apps for everyday use and apps for our fintech products.

Responsibilities

• Selection of keywords, creation of descriptions, conceptualization of screenshots, icons and banners (tasks for designers)

• Release Management: developing versions in stores for app updates

• Productivity and trading applications market audit and competitor analysis

• Running A/B tests

• Development of promotion strategies

• Searching for new promotion opportunities and effective use of existing channels

• Working with metrics from App Store Connect and Google Play Console

• Tasking designers and copywriters to create media materials and content

• Communicating with Influencers and marketing agencies

• Maintaining documentation

• Update management on apps download and usage performance

You Will Need to Have

• 2 or more years digital marketing experience

• Experience in ASO and mobile apps promotion

• Understanding of the core online promotion mechanisms besides ASO (SMM, SEO, Influence Marketing, content management, media placements etc.)

• Understanding of the features of promotion in social media (VK, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)

• High level of self-management, good communication skills

• Ability to speak English at Upper-Intermediate or higher level
