QA Automation engineer

We are looking for a QA Engineer (Auto) for the Intresys Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) project team.

Description:

Work on TurboCourt project: perform manual and automation tests for ODR portal.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze product specifications

• Automate functional and load tests for backend and frontend

• Collaborate with developers to implement effective strategies and test plans

• Frontend and backend testing automation

• Execute test cases and analyze results

• Evaluate product code and logic according to specifications

• Create logs to document testing phases and defects

• Report bugs and errors to development teams

• Help troubleshoot issues

• Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing

• Work with integration systems

• Define and implement test automation strategy including roadmap, tools, framework & approach

Required:

• Experience in testing at least 3+ years

• Minimum 3+ years Angular Web-based application testing

• Experience in building frontend and backend automated tests using tools such as Seleinium Webdriver, Postman, or equivalent

• Experience with Selenium (or Selenide) autotesting tools and/or other tools (Cucumber, TestNG);

• Experience with Java, Javascript/Typescript, HTML, SQL

• Knowledge of the browser development tools

• Understanding the stack of web technologies: HTTP, REST, JSON;

• Experience with the Git version control system

• Experience working with Jira/Confluence

• Good understanding of the need to maintain test documentation, the ability to draw up checklists and test cases

• Understanding of responsibility for the products and services produced

• Knowledge of the principles of work of client-server applications

• Attention to details, analytical mind and problem-solving attitude

• Strong organizational and self-management skills

• Strong written and reading English

Desirable:

• Experience with Unix systems - basic commands

• Experience with a large volume of logs

• Experience with automation test tools Testim.io, Protractor, Fiddler
