Our product team is seeking a talented, self-directed head of UX/UI to lead our web and mobile product development. Our team focuses on making the best web & React Native app possible and well through design solutions. Creating design systems you will lead the team at all stages of sprints, adding your expertise and professional opinion, improving the overall process. You will pitch your design ideas to the CEO, while continuously working on improving the overall user experience.

About the role:

As part of this role, you will gather design insights and use these insights to develop and execute the brand strategy. You will prioritize areas of focus and resources to achieve maximum impact, build multi-channel design systems, and use a data-driven approach to decision making.

You must have the ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who wants to grow as into a superstar. The best candidate for this role is someone who is passionate about bringing easy-to-use functional solutions, with a customer-oriented mindset, a high level of communication skills, and a great desire to grow the department.

    Role: UX/UI Head

    Unit: Product Team

    Mission: Relaunching the mobile experience for creators, leading the architecture of the design team.

    Main performance number: Backlog closing time with a short feedback loop in the team.

    Second performance number: Improve conversation of new creators through better-built interfaces.

    Third performance number: Increase user-friendliness of adaptive interfaces to decrease client task time.

    Role functions:

    Manage: Lead and coach UX designer team;

    Research: Participating in and conducting user research, competitive product, and data analysis.

    Present: Pitch the design solutions at regular meetings with product teams and the CEO.

    Roadmap: Execute the product roadmap and help define product strategy.

    Optimization: Streamline existing user interface designs, improve design standards, and promote implementation;

    Design: Create prototypes for new product ideas that are simple and intuitive. Continuous building of design system and components library for further reuse.

    Implementation: Develop technical and business requirements and implement solutions with the technical team, controlling quality on all stages;

    Processes: Continuous improvement of the design process through regular design reviews along with other designers.

    Skills that we are looking for:

    • 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role;
    • 3+ years of experience with HTML5 & CSS3;
    • Knowledge of Figma, Adobe Products, Mobile Design Guidelines for iOS and Android;
    • A UI design portfolio, along with mobile interfaces;
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
    • Ability to discuss and explain design options;
    • The ability to take ownership of the design process and work as a self-directed member of the development team;
    • The ability to think at a high level about product strategy and clearly articulate design decisions;
    • Critical thinker, problem-solver, and customer-centered;
    • Fluent English skills (C1);


    It will be a plus:

    • Experience with Weblflow;
    • Experience with data visualization;
