Lead Analyst

Our Team is now looking for a Lead Analyst – a person who would be in charge of analytics for all our products. We are looking for an ambitious and energetic specialist who wants not only to work on a product but to build a large international company with us.

What Will You Do

• Develop an analytics system for the current product – mark up the data that is not enough, build processes for regular key metrics monitoring
• Form metrics and analytics requirements for the new products – highlight the main thing, correctly collect and formulate conclusions
• Form the collection and storage of data requirements for the technical team
• Build Analytics Team if needed – hire new people and help them develop
• Work on incoming requests – collect reports and dashboards for different parts of the business (product, marketing, finance)
• Conduct experiments with the product team – analyze the current metrics of individual parts of the product, formulate experimental parameters and criteria for success

What You Need To Succeed

• 3+ years of experience working as an Analyst
• Ability to work confidently with Redash and Amplitude
• Experience with the development of Analytical department in product companies at an early stage
