JAVA Backend Development Team Lead

Our team is looking for Team Lead JAVA Back End Developer, to join our team, building next-generation microservice-based enterprise applications. As a Team Lead Back End Developer, you will manage an agile team with Back End Developers, Product Owners, and QA engineers. You will work with JAVA Spring Boot Framework, PostgreSQL, and GitLab

Job responsibilities:

• Manage a team of developers.
• Builds enterprise web applications through the full technology stack including backend server-based development, front-end server, and client-based development, database design, and integration.
• Writes high-quality software code that utilizes unit testing to ensure a high degree of software craftsmanship.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in Java 8+, JPA, Spring Framework.
• Understanding/experience in high-loaded microservice and cloud applications architecture.
• Data/process modeling and database design skills (generic RDBMS, Elasticsearch).
• Good verbal and written communications skills in English are required.
