The main goal of the role is to build consistent Kaspersky Lab image as mature enterprise security vendor, innovative player, transparent and humane company in the eyes of desired social media audiences – key decision makers in large enterprises, security industry analysts, managed services provides’ staff and other KL partners.


Key responsibilities:

  • Creates social media messaging strategy for key enterprise-related target audiences and aligns it with R&D, PR, Product marketing and other stakeholders;
  • Creates a strategy to position KL among SMB customers and partners that facilitate SMB sales (resellers, managed service providers, industry analysts, etc.), oversees strategy execution on social channels and blogs;
  • Makes sure that KL social infrastructure is optimally set to convert interested social media users to customers and oversees social media lead generation in general. HSSMB makes sure that leadgen aspect is properly implemented in SoMe and crossfunctional projects, suggest improvements to the process as well as related KPIs. Works closely with regional business stakeholders to ensure that leadgen is relevant to regional teams’ needs and capacity;
  • Owns Executive Social Media Visibility program that aims to deliver tailored B2B messaging for C-level KL executives in close cooperation with PR, HR and BAS. Suggests KPIs and owns associated budgets;
  • Together with Head of Social Media advocacy facilitates above content sharing via KL employees’ and partners’ social accounts;
  • Tasks SoMe Content Factory and leads cross-functional effort with PR and marketing units to create needed assets (blog posts, videos, personalized social media posts);
  • Together with direct reports and R&D peers creates custom research to provide unique content (e.g. mining-related power saving from KL products);
  • Together with direct reports & regional SoMe team create plans and personally control execution of organic, paid, employee- and influencer-led promotion and dissemination of assets$
  • Together with SoMe Analytics team creates and maintains metrics to measure social media performance (Enterprise Share of Voice, etc.);
  • Manages SoMe and cross-departmental projects related to enterprise image, transparency and executive visibility,as well as SMB value proposition. This includes but not limited to events (social media coverage), technological partnerships activation, interactive landing page creation, threat- or industry-focused webinars, and so on. Plans and owns budgets, suggests KPIs for such activities. Cooperates with SoMe WebDev, Content Factory, Regional and Analytics teams to make sure that sufficient resources are timely allocated;


What we are expecting from you:

  • Relevant experience with Social Media content and strategy 5+ years;
  • Managerial experience at least 2 years;
  • Fluent English - is a must;
  • Professional background with IT B2B products would be a great advantage;
  • Understanding of key Social Media metrics, experience of composing SM strategy from scratch.
