We are working with AI, but we are looking for a human being who will work with other humans which is a much more complicated task to do than working with machines.Currently, we are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven IT Recruiter to join our team of 8 awesome people.As an HR manager, you’ll be provided with all opportunities for development and growth.

Requirements:
— Ideally, 3-5 years of professional experience in HR / People / Talent functions;— Experience with all main stages of the employee’s life cycle (onboarding & adaptation, performance reviews & 360 assessment, L&D, people management, conflict solving, engagement & retention, dismissal);
— Well-bred oral and written speech and excellent presentation and public speaking skills;
— Extremely organized and attentive to details working in a multitasking mode;— Ability to work in a changing environment, flexibility;
— Analytical thinking and ability to plan your own work, to proactively set your own tasks and priorities;
— Ability to keep your performance on a high level without constant monitoring;— Intermediate or higher level of English;
— Deep knowledge of labor law and statutory regulations of labor processes will be a plus.

Responsibilities:
— Advising on adaptation, motivation, learning, and retention initiatives;
— Work with internships program (search for interns, mentors, organizations of the process, feedbacks);
— Work closely with management and people to improve work relationships, build high-performance culture and retention strategy;
— Supporting the research, design, and development of HR initiatives;
— Providing timely & efficient solutions to any issues from managers and team members;
— Conducting classroom and training, providing feedback to managers;
— Providing workshops customized to the team’s needs;
— Organization and implementation of training programs in location (Internal and external online|offline events and conferences (educational, corporate);
— Working with universities (communications, partnership, internships);
— Support of the process of online training and certification of employees;
— Hold 1:1s  and feedback sessions;
— Support and improve HR policies and processes due to the company needs;— Analyze trends and metrics within the department;
— Identify training needs for teams and individuals;
— Support team activities and company events (planning and coordinating);— Ensure all HR procedures and policies are followed by team members.
