We are a small and growing team and are looking for a mid to senior level Web analyst who can hit the ground running. Our current team needs someone who is very comfortable with quant methodologies, including website analytics. Experience with heatmapping and session recording tools Is very welcomed. Additionally, we expect you to be a good communicator and collaborator.

You will be our champion of behavioral user research, utilizing website traffic analytics, session recordings and heatmapping to reveal what our website visitors do. Your results should both be actionable and max out the segmentation, funnel and integration abilities of available tools. Your research reports and presentations will inform the design of new digital assets and help us to learn from pilots and A/B tests.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to support our attitudinal and experimental user researchers, especially with the analysis of data from surveys, remote usability tests and in-lab experiments with biometric equipment (eye tracking, skin resistance and EEG). Our researchers will also be available to support your work when needed.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Creating actionable and easy to understand insights reports from a blend of website traffic flow, funnel, session recording and heatmapping data
  • Managing our heatmapping and session recording tools, incl. their set up
  • Guiding CRO and UX design efforts towards the successful application of research
  • Working with other research teams across the business (BI, customer insights, product UX)
  • Knowledge-sharing and educating peers and the wider business on behavioral research
  • Supporting our attitudinal and experimental user researchers with data analysis, while using their support to deliver your projects

 

What we expect from you:

  • You have robust experience with data analysis using at least one of the major website analytics platforms (GA, Adobe, Yandex)
  • You understand the science/statistics behind quantitative research and quant data analysis
  • You can extract and articulate compelling, actionable insights from data (because research without actionable conclusions is just data)
  • You are eager to learn and deploy heatmapping and session recording tools
  • Your are fluent in English
  • You are happy to help (when required) with the analysis of data from attitudinal/experimental sources
  • You are a self-starter, able to juggle multiple projects at once
  • You have an interest in learning user/consumer theory to understand the ‘why’ behind user behaviours

Would be an advantage:

  • You know how to interpret heatmaps and session recordings
  • You have previously worked with a CRO team (in a research capacity)
  • You are ready to train people on things you know and they don't
  • You know basic user/consumer behavior theory with relevancy for UX
  • You have a great command of Russian
