SAP MM SD consultant (Global SAP Competence Center)

Your function
-Proactively participate in identifying solutions, designing concepts, system improvements or opportunities and driving for their implementation in the frame of project implementation and support;

-Capture, collect, describe complex business requirements and facilitate workshops for interviewing key-users and business process owners during order clarification phases;

-Prepare Business Blueprints, fit/gap analyses, migration concepts, functional and technical design specifications (for ABAP development) and test scenarios, user manuals;

-Design, configure and test SAP and non-SAP systems supporting MM and SD modules;

-Carry out complex assignments requiring the development of new or improved procedures or business processes;

-Acts as liaison with key-users and SAP Competence Center for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems;

-Provide key-user and end user trainings;

-Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP modules to enhance business functionality and overall performance;

-Third Level support of applications (SAP MM SD)

-Coaching other team members and support permanent Knowledge How Transfer;

-Establish close collaboration with fellow teams, Global SAP Competence Center and external suppliers to ensure stable, secure and reliable services in the area of responsibility

We expect:
-Higher Education;

-Good knowledge of SAP Retail domain (logistics and purchasing);

-Basics if program development and process management;

-Fluent English, German (as an additional advantage);

-Mobility (business trips 20%);

-3 year experience in MM SD;
