Условия работы

Your functions:
-Participation in CRM Loyalty program and Customer personal communications (Hybris Marketing) development projects as SAP CRM Consultant and/or Functional expert;

-Proactively participate in identifying solutions, designing concepts, system improvements or opportunities and driving for their implementation in the frame of project implementation and support;

-Capture, collect, describe complex business requirements and facilitate workshops for interviewing key-users and business process owners during order clarification phases;

-Drives technology and business process innovation by implementing sound IT Solutions for the business domain Customer Relationship Management, Marketing and Multichannel;

-Prepare Business Blueprints, fit/gap analyses, technical and migration concepts, technical specifications and test scenarios;

-Design, configure and test Loyalty and Digital marketing Solution;

-Carry out complex assignments requiring the development of new or improved procedures or business processes;

-Acts as liaison with business process owners, solution owners, key-users and global team;

-Provide key-user and end user trainings, documentation;

-Second and Third Level support of applications (SAP, non-SAP) supporting domain Customer Engagement& eCommerce business domain;

-Establish close collaboration with fellow teams, Global Competence Center and external suppliers to ensure that CRM Solution is adapted for local business requirements.

We expacted:
-3+ years of relevant working experience as SAP CRM Consultant, supporting and implementing CRM or/and Hybris Marketing Solutions in Business areas Marketing, Sales&Distribution, Customer Service, eCommerce as well as Analytics, preferably in Retail and/or FMCG and/or excellent understanding of Retail and/or consumer goods industry;

-A proven track record of successful SAP CRM implementations (1-2);

-Sound knowledge and proven hands-on experience within Customer relationship management and Customer Engagement Intelligence;

-Committed to self-development and can demonstrate a willingness to operate outside of his/her comfort zone with an entrepreneurial spirit;

-Fluent English in speaking and writing is mandatory;

-Ability to work on various and cross-functional subjects, integrative mindset.
