Position description (day-to-day tasks):
Being an expert in formalization methods of customer’s requirements and looking for the best solutions for their business tasks.
Preparing the acceptance criteria for QA testing and UAT.
Defining development stages and deadlines in cooperation with the dev team leads.
Presenting the ready product to the customer.
Partner and client consulting on VirtoCommerce based solutions.
Fluency in English
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Strong customer interviewing skills and solid communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to effectively present information to managers, clients, and other teammates
Good knowledge and experience with task and requirement formalization using Agile methodology
Good understanding of the software development process
Willingness (and ability) to travel for business
Strong passion for process automation and optimization
