Product Owner

CashWagon is a FinTech company with headquarters based in Singapore aimed to offer the next generation of financial services for people and companies of Asia-Pacific region is looking for Product Owner.

Ideal candidate:

• Professional: has deep experience in both Product/Project management areas (at least 3 years experience as a Product Owner/Project manager/Business analyst in finances, banking, risks, insurance, telecom)
• Data driven: has mathematical or analytical background and knows how to work with data and analytical tools. Ability to make or verify hypothesis by data in a minutes.
• Leader: has outstanding communication, presentation and leadership and time management skills. Ability to share the product vision with dev teams, cross divisions and stakeholders.
• Agile: understand and follow actual web&mobile development methodologies and frameworks. Ability to make transparent and clear product requirements and prototypes, share and prioritize tasks with development team.
• Fluent in English and Russian

Responsibilities:

• Oversee product execution from inception from a scratch to delivery
• Understand user needs, stakeholders, and behavior
• Help drive product direction and strategy
• Forming proposals for product solutions
• Developing product metrics and a plan to achieve them
• Developing proposals for product monetization options
• Planning and control of financial product performance
• Help build the product roadmap, objectives and KPIs
• Perform internal analysis, external market research and competitive analysis
