The Healbe is looking for a Customer Support Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to requests for technical assistance in chat, service desk, social media.
• Follow-up with existing customers via service desk and email
• Log and track all help desk interactions.
• Aggregating customers feedback
• Report proprietary system inconsistencies (bugs)
• Assists customers on all issues, acts as a liaison between the customer and Healbe Corp personnel, answers questions, offers solutions, and researches issues in a timely and positive manner.
• Create the quick reply scripts with the team
• Update the current Knowledge Base
• Stay current with system information, changes and updates.

About You:

• You speak English (intermediate or higher)
• You have natural ability to collect information from various tools, analyze the technical information, while engaging and interacting with customers.
• You have problem-solving and request resolution skills
• You have excellent written communication
• You can conduct online research
• You are self-motivated and goal-oriented
• You like to work as a team
• You can read and understand KB articles
• You have business knowledge
• You are a quick learner
• You have analytical and time management skills
• You have Keyboarding skills at a minimum of 25 wpm.
• You are able to prioritise and deliver to deadlines in a fast paced environment
• You are good at multi-tasking
