Product/Project Manager (relocation to Limassol, Cyprus)

Do you have product management experience in a Online Dating? Do you want to relocate to nice and warm European country? We have a new exciting role for an experienced and efficient Project Manager to head and handle our Online Dating site operations. She/He will be responsible for Business Development, website update and modernization, general administration, marketing and SEO activities, working with affiliates and partners and a lot of other challenging directions of the product development.

This is In-House position in our office in Limassol, Cyprus and company will offer relocation and residence permit for you and your family.

Your challenges include:

- Set a clear vision and release plan for the Web Dating product and communicate it

- Create and maintain the product backlog and product roadmap

- Integrate market analysis, live-site data, query log data and metrics analysis into product requirements/direction

- Monitor day-to-day activities of the project team and ensure work is progressing according to plan

- Manage and resolve issues, risks, dependencies and impediments that may impact on the delivery of projects

- Constantly re-prioritize the product backlog based on customer feedback, clients/affiliates requests, market changes and business priority

- Determine the product profitability (ROI)Provide regular reporting including product spend, scope, schedule and planning

- Stay aware of Key Performance Indicators (including day-to-day sales and conversion monitoring)

- Build a product team, maintain high motivation of your team members

Requirements:

- 3 to 5 years demonstrable experience in project/program management with a web based company managing web based applications

- At least 1 year experience in Online Dating projectDeep understanding of Web / Internet technologies / SEO

- Exceptional analytical skills

- Statistics background or strong skills in data analysis

- Experience with multivariate testing a plus

- Technical aptitude to become deeply embedded in a development team, and discuss core technologies

- Self-motivated and self-sufficient, results oriented

- Ambitions to career grow to Product Owner in the nearest future

- Fluent English, excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have:

- Russian speaking is a big plus

- Experience in transactional mailing
