Online and mobile marketing manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage marketing team currently consisting of 4 members (PR, SMM, SEO, Adwords) + contractors
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for 130+ potential markets
• Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Requirements

• Solid understanding of App / Web marketing and funnels (Adwords certified is a plus)
• Data driven mindset
• Experience with automation or willingness to grow in this direction (experience with existing bid management systems / ability to write scripts or prepare tech specs for automation scripts)
• Experience working with contractors / remote team members (copywriters, translators, graphic / video designers, agencies)
• International exposure either through extensive marketing experience of a cross border product / service or hands on agency experience with international clients
• 2 years+ experience with Adwords

• 1 year+ experience with Facebook ads
• Advanced user of Google Analytics (should be able to set up advanced tracking, create tech specs for tech team and analyse reports). Experience with other app analytics systems is a plus.

• Understanding of SEO principles and tools
• English language skills at a native level
• Proven working experience in digital marketing
