Responsibilities:
- Professional technical support for IT infrastructure
- Communication with the foreign customer (email, phone)
- Working with incoming requests (incidents) based on ITIL standards
- Create and update working knowledge base
Required skills:
- English - Intermediate or higher
- Linux administration experience (RHEL/CentOS)
- Experience in customer service or technical support – at least 2 years
- lighttpd, Apache, Tomcat, nGinx, ТCP/IP, VLAN
- bash, python, perl or other script language
- Zabbix, SNMP
Desired skills:
- Experience working in an application or infrastructure support team (Level 1 or 2)
- Highly desirable working experience in International companies for at least 2 years
