- Procure safe and on-time turnaround of aircraft acting as main coordinating person between airport and airline departments.
- Oversight of operational processes as check-in, boarding, ticketing, cargo operations in order to comply with corporate requirements.
- Load control and weight balance procedures, load instructions and loadsheet issue. Both manual and DCS-versions.
- Conduct analysis on operational processes (“ground time success” metrics), procedures and policies for operational efficiency and performance.
- Compute fares on passengers’ / agencies’ requests, reservations, ticket issue and exchanges via corporate GDS.
- Preparation and implementation of marketing events as presentations, fam-trips, advertisement activities; market analysis for sales planning; B2B interactions.
- Trace lost, delayed or misdirected baggage for customers.
- Launch of new destination including full organizational processes as SGHA, rental, opening ceremony for 100+ VIP visitors, setting up ground operations (dcs installation and trainings for handling staff; promotional presentation for 200+ touristic agencies etc)
- Discount agreement with handling company saved $84000+ throughout the year for the corporation.
- 1st place winning award for valuable idea on Corporate Innovation and Projects Directorate.
