Achievements:

I've started to make commitment to several roles related to our processes and successfully accomplished all of them. Decreased the lead time up to 5 days and made some unique processes of delivery and test coverage evaluation. We arrived to the involvement of QA into every step of the flow and reached to the necessity of only one QA Engineer in the team of 30 people amount.

Some part of achievements has been introduced in the big Russian Conference.

As a member of very strong science team, I developed and deployed advanced software for calculating different mechanical, thermal and other processes related to CPU manufacturing. This is the finite element package system software uses math methods needed to solve the appropriate equations.

Achievements:
I have completed dedicated research project: “Development and implementation of the "Micromechanical model plasticity" module in the software system of finite-element analysis”. In this project I used math methods needed to solve the corresponding equations for crystal plasticity model and I designed a computer program module (in the finite element package system) based on FEM. I have done a comparison of results with experiments by the stress-strain dependence for various orientations of the crystals and comparison of differences from the classical model of an isotropic metal plasticity.

I implemented deployment and adoption of modern compute technologies (ANSYS) for solving mechanical / air dynamics problems. As a member of engineering team, I developed and manufactured hydrofoils. The team focused on resiliency to mechanical stresses on different part of the craft.

Achievements:
I have completed 3 standalone projects solving Hydrofoil and Hovercraft design problems.
- Estimation of opportunities of computer application experiment for definition of hydro mechanical characteristics of underwater wings in a hydrofoil design problems.
- Numerical research of opportunities of aerodynamic resistance of perspective hovercraft at the expense of forward blow out of slipstream.
- Software package for calculating physical characteristics of flow around the airfoil.
In all these projects I used math methods needed to solve the corresponding equations. I used the finite element package systems ANSYS CFX and ANSYS ICEM CFD based on FEM. I have done a comparison of results with real experiments by the stress-strain dependence for real water crafts. I used C++ where custom resolvers and algorithms needed.

In this project I used math methods needed to solve the corresponding equations for crystal plasticity model and I designed a computer program module (in the finite element package system) based on FEM. Also I made a comparison of results with experiments by the stress-strain dependence for various orientations of the crystals and comparison of differences from the classical model of an isotropic metal plasticity.

In a materials science, a dislocation is a crystallographic defect within a crystal structure. Some types of dislocations can be visualized as being caused by the termination of a plane of atoms in the middle of a crystal. Plastic deformation of the crystal is considered as the slipping in the assigned crystal planes of easy slip. Usually there are several dozens of such planes for the widespread metals. The total shift of the planes is associated with the macroscopic deformation (or strain tensor). Slipping is provoked by forces attached to the appropriate plane. Slipping leads to multiplication of dislocations, the interaction of which leads to hardening and difficult to slip. This approach allows to obtain the characteristics of ordinary polycrystalline metals (yield limit, hardening), based on a set of parameters of the microscopic scale.
