Рефакторинг существующего кода, оптимизация производительности веб-приложений, улучшение пользовательского опыта - в каждом спринте выделялось время на технический долг.
Обучал новых сотрудников (в компании приветствовалось продвижение по карьерной лестнице - тестирование и суппорт могли перейти во фронт)
Собеседование кандидатов уровня Middle+/Senior на все проекты компании.
Участие в разработке общих проектов компании.

Lead Front-End developer of the project miralinks.ru. Extension of functionality and support. The project uses a proprietary architecture with the use of third-party libraries: jquery, underscore.js, bootstrap, handlebars, knockout.js. Each logic element is a widget which in turn may contain internal widgets, supported inheritance. Supports automatic loading of modified executable files and templates. Minification by Grunt with Compass(scss).
