My name is Denis and I work in the IT sphere since 2010. For me, IT stands not only "Information Technologies" but also for "International Technologies". This means that you work with people all over the world and for the last 8 years I’ve been involved in more than 150 projects and I would love to describe my experience.

My IT Career started as a Salesperson - I worked in Web outsourcing company and this position developed my personal business communication skills, working with clients from different countries (France, Germany, United States, Italy, Israel, Thailand, Japan, Singapore).

However, I always thought that the most interesting work was done by our Project Managers and I wanted to move on, so I decided to change the company in order to work on the projects, not just selling them.
PM IN SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT COMPANY
After 1 year of working as a Sales Manager in Software development company, I have joined the team, called "inCode Systems".
The company was young and I already had Sales skills, so first, I set up the company strategy for bringing new clients. I was responsible for both Sales and Project Management and this lead to 1200+ hours worked by tracker and 35 fixed price projects completed (according to UpWork) in year 2016.

I had to understand the architecture and structure of every single project in order to speak the same language with developers. On some of the projects I was responsible for simple front-end tasks and finalized them by myself. So, I would say that I am a Junior Developer in almost all of those I listed above.

After 4 years of working in Software development company I wanted to broaden up my experience not only in development but in marketing as well, so I decided to change company to CRO and Marketing one. Currently, my projects have the following types:
