Conduct final interview of potential hires assessing their readiness and interest in working with the company: Analytical skills, Motivation, availability, detail-orientation, goal-orientation - Conduct evaluation of all hires by facilitating sourcing exam - Evaluate the effectiveness of the initial training and suggest improvements - Provide coaching in the work environment by checking resumes that new Sourcers add, monitoring their compliance with internal policies and procedures - Educate new hires on Vitaver’s values: Productivity, Responsibility, Authority, Urgency; check understanding of those values in the work environment - Conduct additional up-training per Recruiters’ and management request - Graduate and integrate the new hires into recruiting team - Report to the Staffing Manager - Have 2 Junior Recruiters under supervision, monitor their progress, provide training on as needed basis - Manage own pipelines, do full time Recruiting for assigned positions Recruiting qualified candidates for our open positions (Direct Clients as well as internal positions); - Contacting candidates, following-up with candidates, and managing candidate pipeline; - Scheduling interviews, briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews; - Maintaining timely documentation of all conversations with candidates within our internal database; - Generating leads from conversations with candidates; - Participating in recruitment knowledge sharing and best practices, training and mentoring new employees; - Managing the recruiting process to meet hiring goals through the use of effective resource management and effective use of our applicant tracking system; - Recruiting candidates using progressive recruiting techniques: sourcing in major databases, Social Media Recruiting, cold calling, referrals, etc.; - Mentoring and coaching junior Recruiters, conducting in-person and remote training for new comers (sourcing and recruiting techniques and best practices).
