Full cycle recruitment process (conducting job descriptions, searching, phone and personal interviewing, preparing offers) for open vacancies in business: vacancies of different levels in factories, logistics centers, head offices of Ukraine and Russia; Posting of vacancies on internal and external resources;
Organization and coordination of interviews with line managers;
Monitoring of the labor market, active search and attraction of candidates; Collecting of the recommendations, giving feedbacks to candidates;
Creating and extending the recruiting pipeline, maintain database of candidates;
Recruitment related analytical reporting.
