Project on the reengineering of the client’s corporate information system (FoxPro, PostgreSQL) – separation of the client part into functional modules and their further implementation as Web-clients.
- investigating the client’s corporate information system, interviewing of users working with the system;
- preparation of offers on modernization and functional changes of the main system modules and their agreement with the customer;
- interfaces prototypes development, description of user stories, preparation of documentation for developers;
- participation in acceptance testing;
- writing user instructions and consulting users.
The result of work was the full modernization of the system’s client part. All main functional modules of the client part were implemented as Web-clients meeting the specific needs of the company’s subdivisions. Also in the development process, the server part was optimized which significantly reduced the database load and the cost of server capacity.
Start-up. Project work under a contract. The project is the development of the shopping messenger “Alol” and cash-back service “Cashback by iConto”.

The result of the project was the development of two mobile applications: shopping messenger, launched to the market under the commercial name “Alol” (for communication between customers and sales points), and a mobile application “iConto Cashback” allowing to register a plastic card and use it further as a discount card in program’s partners' sales points.
Start-up. Social net implementation for joint purchase and social trade.

The result of the work was launching the tsh.ru portal. More than 100 organizers of joint purchases were engaged. I had to quit the project due to the differences of opinion over the further project development and monetization.
Project on the implementation of the food payment systems in schools in Saint-Petersburg.

The result of work was launching a pilot project in private school 619. The pilot project included a plastic card replenishment system, payment system in the school canteen and snack bar, the control system of schoolchildren’s expenses (“Parent’s account”), reporting system (“Class teacher’s account”, “Education Committee’s account”, “Department of Social Nutrition’s account”).

More than 2,000 units of equipment were fitted and connected to the monitoring system for such major companies as “Novoye Zheltoye Taksi”, “Deloviye Linii”, “PTK” and many small private transport companies.
Realization of the state project on the implementation of the automatic system of payment on the city passenger transport.
- participation in the system development on the client’s side: statement of requirements, participation in acceptance of work and test execution.
- launch of transport card processing system, emission and card personalization system.
- launch of data collecting terminals network.
- launch of a network of terminals for sale and replenishment of transport cards.
Based on the project results all the municipal and private Tyumen bus parks were equipped and connected to the system. Several transport card emission centers were launched. More than 200 terminals for sale and replenishment of transport cards were put into operation.
