CoolBeez is a service that connects experts on all kind of topics, and individuals who seek their advice. The company presented in China, Russia and Germany. I have been working at CoolBeez from the moment it was established in China during my stay there several years ago. 

My contributions to the company include:
- consulting other members of the team on any sort of topics related to HR processes, policies, budgeting and employee record keeping;
- helping to build a strong team of IT talents, consisted of back-end and front-end developers, quality assessment engineers and UX/UA designers.

The primary goal of the company was to develop a viable and efficient B2C solution in the field of language education. The product was developed and marketed for use mainly in China.
I first started working as a recruitment manager in the company headquarters in Saint Petersburg, but was quickly promoted to chief human resources officer.

I was responsible for: 
- elaboration of talent acquisition strategies in accordance with the company's strategy;
- building a strong team of talents, including top managers, front-end and back-end developers, quality assessment engineers, devops engineers, UX/UI designers and business consultants; the team was distributed, with members located in different parts of Russia, China and UAE;
- payroll administration;
- writing policy and procedure documents for the HR department;
- developing and implementing a Total Rewards strategy;
- improving employer branding;
- managing personnel records;
- overseeing the department budget and forecasting merit spend.

Requirements for the vast majority of filled positions implied complex technical skills and profound experience in PHP, Javascript, Node.JS, Java, Python, С#, С++, Android, iOS, QA, DevOps, analytics and support.
