    The primary goal of the company was to develop a viable and efficient B2C solution in the field of language education. The product was developed and marketed for use mainly in China.
    I first started working as a recruitment manager in the company headquarters in Saint Petersburg, but was quickly promoted to chief human resources officer.

    I was responsible for: 
    - elaboration of talent acquisition strategies in accordance with the company's strategy;
    - building a strong team of talents, including top managers, front-end and back-end developers, quality assessment engineers, devops engineers, UX/UI designers and business consultants; the team was distributed, with members located in different parts of Russia, China and UAE;
    - payroll administration;
    - writing policy and procedure documents for the HR department;
    - developing and implementing a Total Rewards strategy;
    - improving employer branding;
    - managing personnel records;
    - overseeing the department budget and forecasting merit spend.
