I have a passion to build products that bring value to company, customers, users, world.

And this passion drives me to be involved in every part of the project starting with Business requirements definition, Architecture, Project set up and ending with sales, system support, improvements.

I understand that i don't know everything but if something is not clear - i ask, set up meetings, discussions and make issue clear, visible for the whole team and then take joint weighted decision. That is why i like people working with me and like to see them growing from juniors to seniors. 

I have sense of humor that always helps me in multiple challenging projects, cases.
