Work in partnership with Director of People Innovation to create, implement, and manage improved HR strategies, services, and programs to support the workforce during a downward trend and large-scale turnaround effort.
- Recruitment and Hiring Facilitation;
- Support employer branding acting as a culture ambassador;
- Facilitation of employee onboarding and orientation;
- Employee rewards&recognition program facilitation;
- Employee relations;
- Employee engagement;
- Company employee and community communication;
- C&B administration;
- Performance management administration;
- Employee services and counseling;
- Termination services and offboarding;
- Employee surveys and data updates;
- Coached managers for any questions.
- Recruitment for the vacant positions of top management, highly specialized staff (production, sales, logistics, marketing, etc.);
- Interviewing;
- Participation in personnel reserve formation;
- Drafting of the concept of "internal talent pool";
- Support of the process of adaptation of new employees;
- Labor market monitoring;
- Reporting.
- The search of staff to fill vacant positions by using various instruments;
- Holding primary interviews;
- Participation in the full-time interviews with candidates; Assistance in organization of training courses and educational events.
