• Translated business requirements into technical tasks, planning 2-3 sprints ahead.
• Revamped code review practices to include joint detailed analysis, improving correction rates and code quality. Introduced cross-review, where juniors review seniors' code, accelerating the skill development of beginners.

Closing of the project division for which I was responsible for financial reasons (the company was sold to Fiverr).

• Started as a server-side team lead, rapidly advanced to tech lead, and eventually assumed the role of tech officer.
• Initially solo, then led a team of up to 12, I developed a multifunctional service with 300+ REST-JSONAPI endpoints and 14 SOA services.
• Not only developed server code but also leveraged strong mobile development skills to establish the core architecture of a mobile app.
• Played an active role in shaping the technical design, refining user stories, and identifying key metrics.
• Contributed to developing smart contracts for agreements between agents and athletes.
• Established the QA mechanism.;
• Hired specialists across diverse qualifications and domains, not limited to server roles.

Reason for leaving:
Company closure due to lack of funding (Covid played a big role).

Transitioned from a junior to a senior developer proficient in multiple technologies. Experienced in both building products from scratch and maintaining legacy projects. Contributed to the development of various products within the MOTMOM suite.

Also worked as a full-stack iOS/Android/server programmer. Gained extensive skills in developing and publishing applications.

Reason for leaving:
I lost interest for the company due to corporate policy and financial stability.
