Skillfully install, configure, maintain and support MS Windows Server operating systems family and vMware Virtualization. Manage Active Directory environment. Support system applications. Actively involve in Microsoft Exchange 2010/2016 /DAG, Lync 2010,Skype for Busines, Backup and Recovery (HP data protector, Veeam for vmWare), HP-EVA data storage administration and Storage administration.HP SAN switch administration. HP Storeonce and HP Data protector administration. Expertly monitor and analyze systems load and performance. Plan and perform preventive maintenance works. Provide 24X7 on call/online support for mission critical systems. Troubleshoot system & software problems. Meticulously perform regular backups of system and configurations files. Report on system statuses, failures, violations, performed preventive actions. Implement new services.
