It’s about defining and tracking metrics, improving customer experience, responding to customer input and maintaining high quality. I develop and execute test strategies with focus on customer experience, real-world user scenarios and customer satisfaction at some of well-known tech companies: Microsoft, T-Mobile, AT&T, Mozilla, Oculus.

I have 20+ years in IT industry and 5+ years in software QA, process management, engineering, and release. As Test Engineer, process lead & individual contributor, I was on teams building, testing and shipping software for Desktop, Mobile, Embedded devices, all-in-one entertainment Consoles. Successful launches included everything from startup proof-of-concepts, to v1 products, to major products used by millions of customers.

• Provided competency testing of a web application across multiple platforms and mobile devices in Agile/SCRUM environment. • Perform Acceptance testing of the user stories to make sure that they are meet all acceptance criteria. • Participate in the e-Commerce testing. • Conducted BVT Functional and System testing. • Performed GUI testing (Font Size, Spell Check, Proper Labeling, Tab order for the form fields), performed UI and UX testing. • Involved in testing in developers environment. • Performed Usability Testing (duplicated elements, misleading labels, information tabs, etc.) • Participate in exploratory testing to avoid risks and uncertainly of the product. • Worked closely with the application development teams to troubleshoot issues found. • Report, Track, review and analyze defects using a Defect Tracking Database in Rally and managed the completed defect tracking cycles and coordinated with the project management on a daily basis. • Actively participated in Daily Scrum/Stand-up/status meeting, Sprint planning and demo meetings, grooming sessions, weekly assessment meetings with business analysts, developers, designers and others.
